1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, booking, or using services from Nisha, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or request our services.

2. Scope of Services

Nisha provides comprehensive logistical infrastructure and cargo transport services, including export-import container handling, ODC specialized transport, bulk cargo management, and warehousing. All service quotes are subject to container availability, road permissions, and customs clearance regulations at the time of loading.

3. User Responsibilities

Customers booking transportation services are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The cargo is properly packed, marked, and prepared for safe handling and road transport.
  • All shipping declarations, custom documents, tax invoices, and E-Way bills are complete, accurate, and provided prior to container pickup.
  • Loading and unloading facilities are safe and compliant with standard logistics safety instructions.

4. Limitations of Liability

Nisha will make every effort to complete deliveries within scheduled guidelines. However, we are not liable for delayed shipments, property damages, or economic losses resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, public strikes, custom checks, port congestion, accidents, or force majeure events.

5. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service, along with any separate logistical contracts, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
